When working with Signup Flow is important to know that your desired recommendations are always being shown to your subscribers. But what happens when certain publications you're trying to recommend are not visible on your Signup Flow widget?
Don't panic! There are 2 main reasons why certain recommendations are not being shown on your Signup Flow widget.
1. The recommendations you have chosen that have an available budget are geographically locked.
Some Partner Programs have geographical restrictions.
The publication you're attempting to recommend may be restricted in your area. Depending on your IP, certain partners will not be shown as a recommendation in your Signup Flow widget.
You can always check in a Partner Program profile to see the geographic restrictions.
2. The recommendations you have chosen became unavailable due to used up budget.
Every month, partners set a budget for their referrals. And once that budget is used up, the Signup Flow widget will hide the recommendation from appearing in your recommendations.
How to fix this:
There are two ways to fix issues with certain publications on your Signup Flow widget:
1. Manually add more recommendations to your Signup Flow widget.
In order to have more recommendations show up on your Signup Flow, you'll need to manually add more from the partner list.
We recommend manually applying to as many Partner Programs that you think are a good fit. More options means more earning potential.
2. Enable our auto-pilot recommendations.
In order to never have to worry about running out of recommendations. Toggle our auto-pilot feature on, which will choose recommendations based on your location and audience.
You can set it on and forget about it.
Our algorithm will find the absolute best publications for you to recommend, so that you can maximize your earnings.
