You've done it! Your Partner Program is all set up—and you're eager to start growing your list. The next step is to let partners know about your program!
Good news: your partner program is not just limited to our pre-approved partners within the SparkLoop Partner Network.
Now, you can invite ambassadors, influencers, partners, or other newsletters from outside SparkLoop to join your partner program.
It's important to note that you can review every partner application before they are approved to recommend your publication.
How to invite partners to your program
The video below will walk you through how you can find and utilize your partner program link:
First, navigate to your partner program dashboard. In the top, righthand corner, you'll see the "+Invite Partner" button.
By clicking this link, you'll see a popup that includes your partner program link.
Note: For the existing newsletters in SparkLoop to join your partner program, sending the link is not necessary.
Newsletters within the SparkLoop ecosystem will be able to find and start promoting your newsletter without having to send them this link. The link will still work for existing SparkLoop users, but isn't necessary for them to find and start promoting your newsletter.
This invitation tool is a great way to turbocharge your newsletter growth by utilizing powerful partners such as ambassadors, influencers, partners, and/or other newsletters outside of SparkLoop.
When you send this link to a potential partner, they'll land on a page that looks like this:
They'll be prompted to sign up, and from there, you can approve or deny their partnership.
Pro tip: You can customize your partner signup page here (under your partner program > settings > partner signup page).
This will allow you to customize the above landing page to fit your brand's colors and theme.
Where to share your invitation
From the popup, you'll have the ability to share your invitation link via email or via social media.
Effective partners can be all different types of people and organizations.
These include:
Ambassadors
Influencers
Partners
Other newsletters
The best publications have a good mix of all the above, creating rapid growth from a variety of sources.
Approve/reject partners
As always, you'll have full control of the partners recommending your publication.
You can review each partner to ensure that it's a good fit for your newsletter.
Access your pending partner applications in your overview section of your partner program.
From there, you'll see a list of partner applications, in which you can approve or deny the request.
To maximize the efficacy of your partner program, you should be utilizing this link to find good-fit partners to promote your newsletter.
