What is an "inactive account"?
At SparkLoop, we want to ensure that all accounts on our platform are active so that we are promoting active newsletters. As such, we will deem an account "inactive" if it meets any of the following conditions:
The ESP keys have been invalidated for over 1 year
The last referral received was over 1 year ago
The last referral sent was over 1 year ago
What happens if your account is identified as "inactive"?
If your account is deemed inactive by the criteria listed above, you will be contacted with multiple warning emails.
If your newsletter is still active, you avoid your account being deactivated by simply responding to the email. Failure to respond will result in a deactivation of your account.
