The "Status" column shows you the status of each referral, including if they are counted towards the payout, or why they have been rejected.

These are all the possible statuses and their meaning:

Status

Meaning

Processing

Referral is being validated by SparkLoop

Dollar amount, ie: $3

Referral is valid and will count towards the payout

Pending

Referral is undergoing screening for quality and engagement by the recommended publication

Budget exceeded

Referral is valid but it was made when the budget had already been reached (you will not receive a payout for this referral)

Rejected by anti-fraud

Referral was rejected by our anti-fraud algorithm (you will not receive a payout for this referral)

Unsubscribed

Referral was rejected because they unsubscribed during the pending duration (you will not receive a payout for this referral)

Restricted country

Referral was rejected because they signed-up from a restricted country (you will not receive a payout for this referral)

Rejected manually

Referral was rejected manually by the publication (you will not receive a payout for this referral)

Low engagement

Referral was rejected for not meeting the publication's engagement criteria
