At SparkLoop, our goal is to equip you with the tools and resources to help you earn as much as possible. Our new dashboard includes metrics to help you better understand your referrals.

This guide will walk you through the performance metrics available in your Partner Network Dashboard.

Total referrals

Number of subscribers referred to other publications. This includes pending, rejected and confirmed referrals.

Confirmed referrals

Successfully referred subscribers who met the publication's screening criteria. You will get paid out for your confirmed referrals.

Pending referrals

Recently referred subscribers who are still pending engagement screening.

Rejected referrals

Subscribers referred to publications that are not eligible for payouts due to not meeting the engagement & quality screening criteria. These subscribers are removed from the recommended publication and do not continue to receive emails.

Expected net earnings

How much we predict you'll earn for these referrals. This includes both confirmed referrals and a projection of how much we predict you'll earn for your current pending referrals (based on your referral history). This amount is net (after SparkLoop & payment processing fees).

Confirmed net earnings

Confirmed net earnings, after payment processing fees & Partner Network commissions, for successfully referred subscribers who met the publication's screening criteria and count towards your payouts.

Projected net earnings

How much we predict you'll earn from your current pending referrals, based on what % of your referrals that are usually confirmed for each publication. This is net (ie after any SparkLoop & payment processing fees).

Understanding the delta badges

The delta badges in your dash show how much a specific metric has changed compared to the previous period.

The period it is measured against is the equivalent time duration prior.

For example, if you are filtering a week, it will compare filtered numbers vs the previous week. If you filter 10 days, the comparison will be against the previous 10 days.
