My AI tool says it can't connect. Double-check you copied the full server URL (https://mcp.sparkloop.app) exactly, with no extra spaces. If you're connecting with OAuth, make sure you completed the sign-in prompt with your SparkLoop account.

My AI tool says my API key is invalid. Your key may have been regenerated. Go back to your dashboard Settings → Integrations and copy a fresh one. (This only applies if you're connecting with an API key rather than OAuth.)

My AI assistant's answer looks wrong. MCP pulls live data straight from your account, but your AI assistant is the one interpreting it. Try asking a more specific question, or contact SparkLoop support if the underlying numbers themselves seem incorrect.

No. SparkLoop's Auto-Pilot is still the one deciding which recommendations to make. MCP just gives you a faster way to see what's going on, it doesn't change how recommendations are chosen.

If you have a large account — lots of partners, campaigns, or history — some requests may come back truncated rather than returning everything at once. This keeps responses fast. If that happens, try narrowing your question (a shorter date range or fewer results) and asking again.

If you connected with OAuth (the default for tools like Claude and ChatGPT), just remove the SparkLoop connection from your AI tool's settings.

If you are connected with an API key, go to Settings → Integrations and generate a new key. This immediately disables the old one — then remove the connection from your AI tool's settings as well. Any other integrations that use your old API key will also stop working until you update them with the new key.
