How to change your billing

With SparkLoop, you never have to worry about upgrading and, in particular, downgrading your account if your subscriber count fluctuates.

SparkLoop calculates your monthly billing amount based on the number of subscribers in your account, leaving you free to focus on the details that actually matter, that is, making your referral program successful.

⚠️ Only active subscribers count towards your billing.

There are, however, two situations in which you may want to change your account and, therefore, your monthly billing:

1. You want to upgrade to an annual plan or downgrade from an annual to a monthly plan.

2. You'd like to sign up for our Concierge package, which includes onboarding calls, support in setting up your referral program, and a dedicated SparkLoop account manager.

For either of those situations, all you need to do is contact our support team and let us know, and we'll make the change for you.

Pausing your account

You can't pause your SparkLoop account if you're on a monthly plan because of the syncing costs involved. However, if you're on an annual plan, you can pause your campaign for up to six months.
