If you find that you have a lot of rejected referrals, it's important to understand (1). why this might be happening and (2). how you can check the reasons behind these rejections.

This guide will help you navigate the Advanced Reports and provide tips on improving your referral acceptance rate.

Checking Rejected Referrals

1. Access Advanced Reports:

Go to the Advanced Reports section in your dashboard (below):

- Click on the link to the rejection breakdown.

2. Rejection Breakdown:

The rejection breakdown will show you the reasons for rejections, categorized by reason, country, and Partners.

This detailed view helps you identify patterns and specific issues causing rejection.

Common Reasons for Rejections

1. Low Engagement:

Some partners have specific engagement criteria for referred subscribers. For example, for a campaign like "Newsletter A," referred subscribers might be required to open a certain number of emails within a specified period (e.g., 4 emails in the first 15 days).

Your referrals will be rejected if they do not meet these engagement criteria.

Sponsors do not get to keep referrals that don't match their engagement criteria (you aren't sending free subscribers to sponsors).

2. Country Restrictions:

Each partner may have restrictions on the countries from which they accept referrals.

The referral will be rejected if you refer someone from a country that a partner does not accept.

3. Anti-fraud:

Our platform implements rigorous anti-fraud measures to safeguard the integrity of referral programs. These measures are designed to ensure that only legitimate and high-quality referrals are accepted.

Tips to Improve Referral Acceptance
